Description

This subject covers the core aspects of quality management in a typical manufacturing environment.

These include: Quality culture, Product/Process documentation, Quality tools, techniques and approaches, Quality Systems and Product & Process validation, verification and evaluation.

It is a broadstroke treatment of all the essential aspects of quality as a culture and practice in any modern orgaisation.

It is intended for those at all levels who do not see quality as their primary function.
