This module aims to provide students with the necessary skills to build, analyse, research, QOS implications for a single converged voice and data communications network

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;

1.

Implement queuing mechanisms as part of a quality of service build

2.

Configure traffic shaping and traffic policing on enterprise networks

3.

Evaluate transparent network services and examine emerging technologies

4.

Design, configure and build a network that meets the QOS requirements of a fully converged network
