Contract administration and management, post-contract  -   evaluation of submitted tenders, analysis of Bill of Quantities, recommendation of acceptance of tender, site meetings, financial management and reporting of contract situation over period of work and 'Defects Liability Period', final account preparation/appreciation/negotiation

 

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;

Analyse tender submissions  -  pricing levels, strategies

2.

Test cash flow based on tender submission

3.

Prepare recommendation of acceptance of tender including consideration of bonds, warranties, tax clearance position, VAT certification, ‘pension scheme’ compliance

Manage site meetings, report; formulate documentation for financial management of contract
