Description

THis module gives the learner an overview of project appraisal and its use in the construction industry. It examines the critical process of decision-making and its position in the project planning process. The module will introduce the leaner to various methods for engineering project appraisal, with particular emphasis on present worth evaluation and the equivalent annual worth techniques.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;
