Identification of items to be considered, and subsequent description and measurement of superstructure to two-storey semi-detached dwelling house (including differing wall and suspended floor constructions)     

Preparation of schedules with respect to completions, fittings and finishings                            

Description and measurement of roofing, completions, fittings and finishings to two-storey semi-detached dwelling house                                                                                                                       

Prepare manually and price a Bill of Quantities based on measurement listed above
