Description

This subject aims to provide the students with the skills and knowledge required to to develop the value stream as a source of competitive advantage.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;

Recognise the value stream as a source of competitive advantage.

2.

Utilise value stream mapping tools.

3.

Demonstrate strategic thinking in the context of value stream optimisation.

4.

Formulate the total value within the supply chain.

5.

Plan a performance measurement system for the value chain.

6.

Align the value stream in the context of sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility
