Layout Planning: Different types of layout. Designing layouts.

Job Design and Work Measurement: Methods analysis. Time study. Learning Curves. Ergonomics.

Forecasting and Demand Planning: Principles of forecasting. Types of forecasting methods. Identifying trends.

Inventory Management Policies: Different types of inventory. ABC classification. Determining order quantity. Safety stocks.

Scheduling: Product structure. Bill of Materials. MRP11.

Quality: The inportance of the customer. The contribution of quality. TQM.
