Learning Outcomes
On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;
The student will be able to explain Mobile Device fundamentals.
The student will be able to Configure and troubelshoot Bluetooth Devices
The student will be able to identify and describe Wireless Fundamentals
The student will be able to implement and configure Wireless Secuirty.
Teaching and Learning Strategies
Simulation-based learning activities promote the exploration of Mobile Device and Wireless Security concepts and allow students to experiment with network behaviour. Hands-on labs help students develop critical thinking and complex problem solving skills.
Module Assessment Strategies
The module will be assessed by configuring and troubleshooting Wireless Devices throughout the module using the following technologies , Switches, Routers and Access Points. Configuring and troubleshooting Networks throughout the module using the following technologies , Packet Tracer, Routers , Switches and Access Points.
The students will undertake regular assessments using Switches, Routers and Access Points, Packet Tracer and other networking equipment and the students will take a written exam and end of module
