Build on existing accounting knowledge so that the student can prepare financial statement for different type of business structure. Students will gain a further insight into the how financial accounting is applied to a variety of business environments .


Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;


Prepare income statement and statement of financial position of a company


Introduction to incomplete records for sole trader


Record and process adjustments to a given trial balance 


Prepare receivables ledger and payables ledger control account and use them to find 'missing information
